We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at The Preserve Scott's Addition. 

• The Preserve welcomes two pets per apartment.
• A Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $300 applies for the 1st pet and an additional $100 for the 2nd pet.
• Pet Rent is $25 per month, per pet.
• NO BREED RESTRICTIONS.
